In addition, these emails would not have been marked for deletion insasmuch as they set out actions taken by the individuals as members of the council. However, there still remains the backstage transactions between Ms. Washington and Ms. White in the transfer of the email records. Who provided Ms. Whitworth with the copies? The answer should be provided by WDSU as they are being used while there is a stay from the Supreme Court of Louisiana.

The Times-Picayune can’t escape culpability for this mess.
