The Children’s Mental Health Community Think Tank is designed to enhance and encourage collaboration and cohesion among various individuals and agencies in the community. The think tank will serve as a tool to implement initiatives, legislation, and service delivery as it relates to delivery of children’s mental health services in the Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, and Plaquemines parish areas.
With the new direction of mental health service delivery in the state and the current status of mental health care in the area, it is important that there are dedicated, driven, and passionate people at the forefront of the issue.
